There's no point in doing this though since the game itself runs at 30FPS, so as long as you're getting full speed (which in the case of PAL games is 50 FPS) the game will theoretically run as smooth as it would on NTSC. You can change the framelimiter to 60 FPS but I'm not sure if that will cause the game to run a bit faster than it's supposed to. You can't go over 50 FPS because it's PAL, yeah. You could also set Anisotropic Filtering to 16x since I've never seen that cause issues in any games, it barely costs anything in performance and it makes some textures look better. You don't need a specific set of settings to play the game either (or most games), just turn up the internal resolution to a level that looks good to you and your computer can handle and you're good to go. I doubt you'll be able to get 60 FPS with the code using that processor but I think you should be able to get full speed (which in the case of that game is 30 FPS) though.
